Women Who Charge (WWC) is a non-profit, Colorado Registered 501c3.
Women Who Charge offers public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging services on an hourly basis, during non-business hours, which are posted in the parking lot.
HOURS
EV charging is available to the public from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning. Public EV charging is also available on weekends from 5 p.m., Friday evening until 6 a.m. the following Monday morning. During business hours the EV parking lot is reserved for employees of the building.
PARKING RATES
The cost to park is $5.00 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum and a 4-hour maximum. Electronic charging of your EV is included in the cost to park. We have 3, level 2 EV chargers available on our lot. The EV charging is only allowed when the parking space has been paid for.
Please only park EV in the designed EV parking spaces and observe posted signage to avoid receiving a citation. Cars left unattended for more than 4 hours or parked without payment may be towed at the car owners expense.
QuickTextPay, provides WWC a service that allows EV drivers (each, a “User”) to purchase parking passes at privately owned parking lots and spaces (“Parking Spots”) offered by owners, lessors and managers of private parking lots (each a “Host”). These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuickTextPay, Inc. (collectively, “QTP”, or “we”, “us”, or “our”) websites and mobile properties, including the website www.quicktextpay.com, our app(s), and all other interactive features and communications we provide in connection with the websites or apps, however accessed or used, that we operate, make available, produce, or maintain (collectively, the “Service”). Use of this Service or clicking where indicated constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms then you may not use the Service.
The PAYMENT PROGRAM:
We (WWC And QTP) provide a convenient service that enables you to scan a QR code from your mobile phone to initiate a paid parking transaction from your smartphone. All you need to do is to login to the web page and enter your credit card information to process the payment. This is typically displayed on signage at our parking location.
1. When you send begin a paid parking transaction, you opt-in to the service, and we will send you an SMS message to begin your transaction and confirm your opt-in.
2. No subscription is required.
3. Subject to change, we may be able to deliver messages to the following participating mobile phone carriers:
AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Nextel & Virgin Mobile.
4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will not receive regularly scheduled messages from us - you will receive messages from us only if you text Quick Text Pay to initiate a parking transaction.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR INJURY.
WWC, nor the land owner shall not be liable for damage to any vehicle using the parking facilities including theft, collision, fire, or any other damage to such vehicle; WWC, nor the land owner shall not be responsible for articles left in such vehicles; WWC, nor the land owner shall not be liable for loss of use of any such vehicles which may be damaged while using the parking facilities or the EV Charging stations. In addition, WWC, nor the land owners shall not be liable for any injury to any person using the parking facilities regardless of the cause of such injury; all persons using the parking facilities shall do so at their own risk. Users shall indemnify and hold WWC, the land owner and its agents harmless from all loss, damage, liability, cost or expense incurred, suffered, or claimed by any person or entity by reason of injury, loss or damage to any person, property, or business resulting from the users negligence or negligent or unlawful use of the parking facilities.
ENFORCEMENT
For the purpose of enforcing parking permit requirements virtual parking permits (e.g., Quick Text Pay payments) will be accepted, where applicable, in lieu of displaying a physical parking permit. A virtual parking permit means that the license plate of the vehicle being parked serves as the valid permit authorizing parking in specified locations, for a specific time. On the Women Who Charge lot, this is done through a pay by phone/text parking application (i.e., Quick Text Pay)
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
WWC and its agents offer a Service. Your continued use of the Service will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account. We encourage you to review the Terms from time to time to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to, and use of, the Service.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for all mobile carrier charges resulting from your use of the Service, including from any notifications provided by the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be compatible with all devices or will be supported by all mobile carriers. The user interface and functionality may not be the same across all platforms and devices. Your access to the Service may be occasionally restricted or blocked to allow for updates, repairs or maintenance. In these cases, we will attempt to restore access as soon as reasonably possible. Any such interruptions to the Service shall not constitute a breach of these terms by us. We will not be responsible for any failure or inability to make good on an agreement between and yourself and a User caused by a technical difficulty, connection or communication issue, or any interruption of the Service
NOT RESPONSIBLE
We (WWC) are not responsible for any damage or loss to property or person while Users are on your property or any adjacent property or engaged in a parking reservation with you. We cannot and do not guarantee in any way the security or safety of your property. All parking transactions are entered into at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your property is secured. If your property is damaged by a User, you understand and agree that the dispute is between you and the User and you will resolve the matter with the User. We do not provide any insurance coverage to you or any User at any time and you are solely responsible for obtaining the required insurance coverage necessary to rent out your Parking Spot .
PERSONAL DATA NOTIFICATION
If you gave us your email address or phone number in connection with your account, then we may send notifications to you via email or via SMS (text message), including to verify your identity before registering your mobile phone number. We may also send you notifications by other means (for example by in-product messages). Data or messaging rates may apply if you receive notifications via SMS
PARKING TRANSACTION FEES
Our Service require payments from a User to purchase a parking pass (each, a “Parking Pass Fee”). The Parking Pass Fee shall be displayed to a User through the Service. Only certain forms of payment may be accepted, and these acceptable forms of payment are subject to change at any time. The Parking Pass Fee includes the price specified for the Parking Spot (the “Host Parking Fee”), a service charge which the User agrees to pay to us for the Service (the “Service Charge”), and any applicable taxes, as well as any fines that may be assessed for exceeding the reservation. The Service Charge will be based on a flat rate fee or a percentage fee, which may vary from time to time, calculated from the price set by the Host Parking Fee. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a User’s use of the Service if your payment method is declined or if we suspect any fraud.
3rd PARTY PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
We use a third-party payment provider for processing payment transactions. The third-party payment provider may impose insufficient funds, charges or other fees. We are not responsible for your direct interactions with the third-party payment provider or for charges or fees (if any) they may impose on you directly.
